Quick Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. shortening
2 or 3 Tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Make dough of first 7 ingredients.
Roll dough 1/4 inch thick and spread with 2 to 3 tablespoons of soft butter.
Sprinkle with about 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Roll tightly. Pinch ends.
Cut into 1 inch slices.
Place on greased pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Add nuts if desired.
