Brennan'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, without crusts, buttered and cubed
1 lb. sausage or diced ham or 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 lb. Longhorn style Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1 pt. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Place bread cubes in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put meat or shrimp on top and then the cheese.
Beat eggs, cream and seasonings together and pour on top. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
