Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir in oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add carrots, nuts, raisins and vanilla, mixing well. Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
