Cheese Crumb Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. (3 oz.) low-fat shredded Mozzarella
1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. dried, crushed herbs (oregano, parsley, rosemary)
1 clove garlic, minced
4 medium tomatoes, cored and cut into 3 slices each
Preparation

In a small bowl, mix half the cheese, bread crumbs, herbs and garlic until thoroughly blended. Arrange tomato slices on oiled baking sheet. Top each with some crumb mixture, then with remaining cheese, dividing equally. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
