Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
    Before serving, garnish with whipped topping if desired.
    Yields 1 (9 inch) pie.
