Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling (strawberry)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
foil \"midget\" cupcake cups

Preparation

Place 1 vanilla wafer in each foil midget cupcake cup.
Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla together.
Pour 1 heaping tablespoon over wafer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool and top with filling.
