Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed consomme
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips.
    Dust with flour.
    Brown meat in butter.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Add soup
    and parsley.
    Cover; cook about 1 hour until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Gradually blend in sour cream; cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
