Tomato Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni chicken flavor or other flavor if preferred
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 halves, chopped)
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese (any to your liking)
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute rice-vermicelli mix as the package directs.
    Stir in 2 cups water, chicken and contents of seasoning packet; bring to boil over high heat.
    Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in tomato and basil.
    Cover; simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
    Sprinkle or place cheese on top.
    Serves 4.
