Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen or 1 large fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    dash of pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Pour into medium casserole dish, lightly greased with margarine.
    Combine soup and half of cheese, milk, mayonnaise, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Spoon soup mixture evenly over broccoli.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
