Pumpkin Muffins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bran
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. mashed or canned cooked pumpkin
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. low-fat yogurt or buttermilk
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine bran, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and raisins. Toss to mix. Add pumpkin, eggs, oil and yogurt. Stir just until combined.
    Spoon batter into paper lined or nonstick muffin tins. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
    Makes 12 muffins.
