Skillet Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
    3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Harvest Fresh frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain well.
    Stir in celery, rice and soup, water and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil. Cover; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cook an additional 5 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
    Serves 6 (1-cup) servings.
