Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. Cool Whip
9-inch pastry shell
4 c. fresh strawberries
1/4 c. red jelly, jam or preserves
Preparation

Mix cream cheese at low speed.
Add milk and vanilla until smooth.
Beat in pudding mix, then beat 2 minutes longer until thick and smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip; spoon into baked shell. Chill until top is set.
