Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 pimentos
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut the steak into bite size pieces and brown in the oil in a skillet.
    Drain pimentos and mushrooms.
    Chop pimentos.
    Add these to browned steak.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
