Orange Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 stick butter, softened
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell (8 or 9-inch)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together with a fork until just blended.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Filling will be slightly puffed and golden brown when done, but will sink slightly when cooled.
    Cool on rack completely before serving.
