In A Hurry Italian Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, defrosted
    2 c. Uncle Ben's quick rice
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage in 10-inch skillet. Drain and cut up tomatoes, reserving juice.
    Add water to juice to make 2 cups liquid.
    Add onion and green beans to sausage.
    Cook, stirring 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in rice, tomatoes, liquid and sauce mix.
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top, if desired. Yields 6 servings.
