Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple juice or apple cider
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice (2 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Heat cider and cinnamon stick in a large pan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Keep hot over low heat. Serves 10.
