Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. bottle red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil in a mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add the vinegar and food coloring; beat well.
    Sift the flour, soda, salt and cocoa together.
    Add to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat well.
    Pour into 2 (8-inch) greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
