Ingredients

3 Tbsp. potato flakes
1 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
6 c. bread flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
all of Starter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Put in a bowl and cover with cloth. Let rise to double in size (about 2 to 3 hours in oven with light on). Knead a few minutes and divide into 3 loaves. Spray loaf pans with Pam and place 1 loaf in each pan. Let rise in oven (with light on) or any warm, draft free place until double in size. Bake about 23 to 25 minutes in preheated 325\u00b0 oven.
