Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 3/4 c. mashed bananas (4 medium bananas)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Add oil and eggs, stirring until ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat!
Stir in vanilla, undrained pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake 23 to 28 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Ice between layers and top.
