Steamed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage, cut medium fine
1 onion, cut fine
3 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 tsp. beef bouillon (loose)
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Put oil in pan and brown onion.
Add cabbage.
Cover and cook on low flame.
Stir in garlic.
Add 2 teaspoons water, if getting too brown.
Cook about 30 minutes.
