Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and garlic.
    Combine cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Dip each breast in butter and coat with bread crumbs mixture.
    Roll tightly, starting at narrow end. Secure with toothpick.
    Arrange rolls in shallow pan.
    Dribble with remaining butter and lemon juice.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
