Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. diced apples
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Add oil and eggs.
Pour into greased, floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
