Micro Cheesy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    8 to 10 tortillas
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated cheese, Cheddar
    sour cream
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Mix together cottage cheese, Monterey Jack, chilies, egg and seasonings.
    Microwave tortillas on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until pliable.
