Salmon Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon (14 oz.), drained and deboned
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    crackers (saltines or Ritz, crushed)
Preparation
    Beat egg and add milk to mix.
    Put in uncovered casserole dish.
    Break up salmon and add to mixture.
    Add crushed crackers (enough to use up any liquid) and mix mixture.
    Press flat.
    Do not cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
