Italian Bowknots(Easter Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    8 c. flour
    10 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Beat in salt, sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix in flour and baking powder. Dough will be sticky.
    Roll dough into ropes with hands, using about 1 tablespoon dough.
    Keep hands well floured.
    Form rope into a knot.
    Bake on greased baking sheet in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
    Cool and frost with confectioners sugar icing.
