Aunt Lil'S Low Cholesterol Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt, add milk.
    Slowly add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
    Let set for 1/2 hour.
    Batter should resemble thin pan cake batter, if not, add a little more milk.
    Using a heavy small fry pan (nonstick) or a crepe maker (grease for first crepe), drop 2 tablespoons mixture onto surface, spread even.
    Cook for 1 minute and transfer to cooling rack.
