Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 whole egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Drain juice from salmon into measuring cup.
    Mix salmon and egg and add flour.
    Add 1/4 cup juice to baking powder.
    Pour into salmon mixture.
    Drop by teaspoons into deep fat.
    Turn until brown.
