Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Mix in order given with electric mixer, beating constantly at medium speed.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Makes 3 loaves; freezes well.
