Buttermilk-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 stick melted butter
    1 small can coconut
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    well.
    Add
    all other ingredients, one at a time, beating
    well after each.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
