Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 1 heaping Tbsp. flour (may use 1/2 whole wheat flour)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 large bananas, diced
    4 Tbsp. sour milk (or several drops vinegar in sweet milk)
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and egg.
    Add bananas, milk, oil and vinegar and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients and nuts.
    Stir with spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (standard bread pan; 1/2 hour for small bread pans or test off center with toothpick).
    Use greased and floured pan.
