Aunt Dey'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, grated
    1/4 c. sweet chopped pickles
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    about 5 oz. real mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables.
    Fold in mayonnaise and add salt and pepper.
    Serves 6 to 8.
