Grandma'S Vegetarian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. ground pecans or walnuts
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 large onion
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mashed, cooked carrots
    1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. George Washington broth
    1 can celery soup
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drop by teaspoon in hot vegetable oil and slowly brown on both sides. Make sure cream cheese is softened.
    Cover with mushroom soup. Dilute with milk (optional).
