Christmas Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (46 oz.) jar pineapple-grapefruit juice
    3 1/2 qt. water
    2 (10 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
    1 (12 oz.) frozen lemonade and orange juice, thawed and undiluted
Preparation
    Combine gelatin
    and
    boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves.\tAdd
    next
    4 ingredients.
    Divide mixture in half; freeze half juice mixture and chill remaining half.
    To serve, partially thaw frozen
    mixture,
    then
    place in punch bowl and break into chunks.\tStir
    in
    chilled juice mixture and ginger ale.
    Yields 7 quarts.
