Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. bag caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt caramels, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and brown sugar, stirring
    constantly.
    Set\taside.\tMix
    cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated
    milk and vanilla.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread half of the batter
    in\ta
    greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for
    6 minutes
    (batter
    should
    still
    be
    very soft).
    Pour caramel mixture evenly over crust and sprinkle chocolate chips over
    the top.
    Crumble remaining brownie mixture on the top. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
