Mexican Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Thousand Island or French dressing
    hot sauce to taste
    1 bag Doritos tortilla chips
    1 large avocado, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce.
    Toss with grated Cheddar cheese, Thousand Island or French dressing and hot sauce to taste. Crunch and add Doritos tortilla chips.
    Slice and add avocado. Brown ground beef; add kidney beans and salt.
    Simmer for 10 minutes; mix into cold salad.
    Decorate with tortilla chips, avocado and tomato slices.
