Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 eggs, beaten
    milk
    18 saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain salmon and reserve juice.
    Add eggs and enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Combine this with all other ingredients.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
