Vegetable And Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    2 medium potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 onion
    1 keilbasa sausage
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put 2 tablespoons oil in electric skillet.
    Cut cabbage into 8 parts and place on bottom of skillet.
    Cut carrots and potatoes into bite-size pieces.
    Place on top of cabbage.
    Add onion, cut in large pieces, then put sausage which has been cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces on top.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups of water over these.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook with lid on skillet over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
