Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 sticks butter
black pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped
6 potatoes, boiled
salt to taste
1 pkg. sliced cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion together.
Drain off grease.
Fix boiled potatoes into mashed potatoes.
Place potatoes in bottom of buttered baking dish.
Place ground beef mixture on top and spread evenly.
Put cheese on top of meat, enough to cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until browned lightly or melted.
Serve hot.
