Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 bell pepper
    2 cans green beans (French-style)
    4 zucchini squash
    1 small bunch celery
    5 tsp. beef bouillon
    5 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and slice vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients into large pot. Simmer slowly for 2 hours, adding water as needed. This is a good diet soup.
