Egg And Potato Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 medium size onion, chopped
    4 medium baked potatoes, cubed
    bacon, ham, sausage or kielbasa (your choice of one of these precooked meats)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    In frying pan, saute onion in butter.
    Add potatoes and fry. Add meat, salt and pepper.
    Turn heat to low.
    Add slightly beaten eggs to mixture, turning frequently, until eggs are cooked into mixture.
    Be careful not to cook too long, or mixture will get dry.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve.
