Bellgogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean rump or fillet
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. finely grated garlic
    2 tsp. finely grated ginger
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Cut steak into very thin slices.
    Beat them.
    Cut into medium-sized squares.
    Make up marinade and let meat soak for 3 hours (longer in the refrigerator).
