Faith-Hope Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16-oz. cottage cheese
    2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. crushed graham crackers
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Prepare crust by combining the chopped nuts, graham crackers and melted margarine, and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Beat together the cottage, cheese, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Add sour cream and cooled margarine; mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Turn oven off and let cake set 10 minutes.
