Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onion in margarine for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are tender.
    Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes more.
    Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream; cook gently for 10 minutes, not allowing mixture to boil.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
