Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. cilantro
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 to 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet; stir-fry chicken for 2 minutes.
    Add peppers, onion and cilantro.
    Stir-fry 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in beans; set aside.
