Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. pimento strips
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in sugar and flour.
    Stir in milk; mix smooth.
    Add eggs and baking powder.
    Fold in corn.
    Turn into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
