Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/3 c. whipped cream
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot water.
    Add 1/2 cup cold water.
    Add cream cheese broken in pieces; add pineapple with the juice.
    Add whipped cream and beat.
    Pour into bottom of mold. Dissolve strawberry jello in 1 cup hot water; add 1 cup cold water. Let set until firm, then beat and pour over the first mixture and let set until firm.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
