Dottie Weber'S Easy Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. liverwurst (room temperature)
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. cold chicken or beef broth
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Grease a loaf pan (7 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch) or a 3 1/2-cup mold.
