Cream Of Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of asparagus soup (undiluted)
2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 lb. Cheddar, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine soup.
Slowly stir in water and milk.
Stir in sherry and half of cheese cubes.
When very hot, but not boiling, add chopped parsley, almonds and the rest of cheese cubes.
Serves 4 to 6.
