Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c sugar
    2 1/4 c oil
    4 eggs
    2 c all purpose flour
    3 c grated carrots
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil, add eggs. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to sugar oil and eggs, fold in carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
