Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
    1 dozen eggs
    spring onions, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    bell pepper, ham, bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave sausage; drain and set aside to cool.
    Grease large pan or cookie sheet.
    Flatten crescent rolls into cookie sheet making sure you squeeze together at perforations.
    Mix eggs, onions, mushrooms, cheese and milk in large bowl.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Crumble sausage into bowl and stir.
    Pour mixture over crescent rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
